Delete Your ScrollPrompt Account

You have the right to delete your ScrollPrompt account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion, what data is removed, and what (if anything) is retained.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly inside the ScrollPrompt app by following these steps:

Active subscription? If you currently have a ScrollPrompt Pro subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account. Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription to cancel. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, and you may continue to be charged.

Open the ScrollPrompt app and sign in.
Tap the Settings tab.
Select Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at:

support@scrollprompt.com

Please send your request from the email address associated with your ScrollPrompt account. We will process your request and confirm deletion as soon as possible.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

Your email address
Your display name
Your subscription status
All saved scripts

Data Retention

ScrollPrompt does not retain any of your personal data after your account is deleted. All data listed above is permanently erased with no retention period.
